New PlayStation product rumored to release in less than 2 years

Could we see the next PlayStation product within the next two years? According to Smarthouse we could.

The PlayStation 4 would likely be the same as the PlayStation 3 at its core, but it would be repackaged into a new shell with a new drive bay and attachment area. The new product would actually focus on home entertainment rather than being a game console.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see another PlayStation product like the one described here. However, I seriously doubt they would name it number 4, as it isn’t truly an update to the PS3. I think it is more likely to use the PSX name, as that was the name of a similar product released in Japan several years ago. (Though the name is also used to describe the original PlayStation as well)
