new ipad retina display suppliers?

I understand that the retina displays for the new ipad are
being manufactured by Sharp, Samsung, and LG, and that the Sharp one is
different Izgo) from the others. I'm sure it probably doesn't matter
that I know, but when I receive my new ipad on March 19th, is there a
way I will be able to discover which manufacturer made my display?

Thanks

I've been surprised to see Samsung retreat, given that their Galaxy Tab 10.1 was one of the better selling Android tablets. ASUS does seem to be grabbing the bull by the horns and charging ahead.

I'm not surprised......now that my TF101 is running ICS, the performance is night and day.....in terms of speed etc. it feels much more like an iPad 2 than before. With the upcoming TF700, they'll have something with just a smidgen less resolution than the new iPad, but with the additions of much better connectivity, expandable memory, better battery life (when docked), and the dock itself.

If Google could get the app developers doing more development for Android tablets, we'd have a much different playing field.

Apple has likely cornered the supply of retina display like screens and they can still make the iPad cheaper than anyone else can make a tablet.
Asus makes cheap, plasticky devices which they don't support because they aren't making any money on them anyway.
Android for tablets is awful as is their app story plus malware situation.
The tablet market is iPads.

Nah. For one thing you don't understand the difference. For another super amoled plus is over saturated and alot of people don't like it plus it is awful outdoors. Also as good as the iPhone retina display is the new iPad retina display is better and so will the iPhone 5.
Just say your an android fan boy and get it over with so we know you don't know anything,

the supply chain and commodities wars begins. Apple has had the leg up on touch panels of this size since they caught everyone off guard two years ago with the first iPad. now that the high resolution display has been forecasted by the competition, I would expect that, at the very keasy 1900 x1200 Android tablet screens to populate the , market in shorter time than what it took Motorla to launch with the Xoom. oAsus is now the only forward thinking Android tablet manufacturer now that Samsung has retreated to the lowere priced, same features model, set by Amazon.
