If you unplug it right away after reaching 100% is your battery life lowered? If not it’s a non-issue. Of course it’s a non-issue to me anyway. My old iPad usually made it through the day and I charged it overnight. I expect my new iPad to be similar.

(They are hoping most people will forget it’s on the charger or charge it overnight and never realize there’s a problem.
