I’ll admit that I’m a sucker for anime. Dragon Ball Z sucked me into the genre years ago, and I never really looked back. While the series ended years ago, apparently we just can’t seem to get enough games based on it. The latest one being Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit.

Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy most of the titles. I’m just amazed at how many times they can make a game based on the same anime series and keep it fresh. Usually the biggest leap from one game to another is the graphics. Burst Limit looks like it has some massive improvements over Tenkaichi 3 in that department.

The game will be hitting the Xbox 360 and PS3 in June of this year. This will mark the first DBZ game to be developed for the current-gen consoles. (Tenkaichi 2 and 3 did come out on the Wii, but were both ports from the PS2).
