T2i.  That’s the alleged model name of the new Rebel DSLR purportedly coming next week from Canon. And included in the bundle may possibly be a better video-shooting selectable FPS implementation, along with a redesigned outer casing and a better LCD display.

The anticipated specs list :

• New LCD (Even Higher Resolution)
• Selectable FPS (Video)
• New build quality and shape for a Rebel
• No articulating screen
• New battery LP-E8
• New battery grip

Overall looking good – not seen is an articulating screen, (which to some may not really matter).  We should be able to see what’s really going on when this Canon T2i DSLR model is gunning for an arrival next week.
