You'd think the writer had some clue about what games are being released since Nintendo spells it out in their press release. At least he didn't call it the Sony 3DS like the blog article talking about Justin Bieber promoting the 3DS.

That's right. The NES games are available to "ambassadors" through the 3DS eShop under the settings, download history menu. The GBA titles will be available the same way. Basically instead of Nintendo placing them where non-ambassador's can see them they are conveniently adding them to your account downloads so that you can (re) download them anytime. I read an article a while back saying that you didn't necessarily need to have connected to the eShop prior to the date given this summer. If you could provide a receipt or proof that you paid the higher $250 price, Nintendo would add you to the program after the fact. I can say the NES titles are great, but the GBA selection looks even better collectively. As far as the NES titles the writer could be referring to the fact that Nintendo had recently stated some of the NES titles already available will be receiving two-player updated versions soon.

In the US we received the NES games a day earlier than stated. Has anyone been able to check the US eShop today to validate if they are there?
