Good: Like many people, I canceled my home phone service long ago, leaving my mobile as my sole means of communication. Unfortunately as soon as you walk in my apartment, my reception drops to one bar. Not anymore! Now I can use my strong wi-fi signal for voice anywhere in my home, and I don't have to pace around or go outside to keep a call. Also, it does really use zero minutes and is totally free, even though I don't really care about that.

Bad: The app still has a couple kinks to work out (like all BETA apps). For Android, It displays a force close error once in a while, but when you press OK, it stays open and works fine. So it's just a minor annoyance.

Also, watch out if you're on a pay-per-MB or tiered data plan. Voice data is heavy.

Indifferent: As far as free calling and not using minutes is concerned, it does live up to its word, but it really doesn't make a difference to me, since I have a bottom tier minutes package and it comfortably fits my usage, esp with T-Mobiles MyFaves. However, if you like to talk on the phone, you can really cut down on minutes and even downgrade your plan.
