Netflix users spend twice as much time viewing compared to Hulu viewers

I have both Netflix and Hulu accounts. I rarely watch Hulu Plus anymore, the shows it has and the content just isn't that great. Even when I do try to watch the videos just don't stream as well for me as they do on Netflix. Hulu ends up constantly buffering and the video quality isn't as good. I keep reminding myself to cancel the subscription but keep forgetting to do it. Apparently, I am not the only one that likes Netflix better than Hulu.

ComScore has announced that people are spending twice as much time on Netflix compared to Hulu. Even when the price hike happened for Netflix, it was still well above the time spent on Hulu. Netflix uses in November spent a billion minutes total viewing the site. Hulu viewers together racked up 480 million minutes.

Apparently, some of the issue that resulted in the vast difference in users between the sites has to do with the mix of free and paying subscribers that Hulu has whereas Netflix was always a pay service. I think it's more basic than that. Netflix has spent big time on content that people actually want to watch whereas Hulu is still mostly only good for catching up on shows you miss and didn't DVR. Which service do you like better?
