Hahahahahahaha, how stupid are we as a society? Is Netflix actually afraid of being prosecuted when it is clear there is no malicious intent with the app. After all, it is not a crime for me to go to Blockbuster, ask for my own rental history, and then post it on the internet. It seems this is all the app is trying to do, allow users to voluntarily share their rental and viewing history with their friends.
