		<description><![CDATA[The consumer immediate use of this research is irrelevant as we do not know what the long standing impact of it will be, it was however funded by taxpayers, therefore we own it.

Additionally automatic generation of code, use of natural language on computers and advanced image formats developed by the center are already being leveraged by academic institutions and in some cases business. A sale of these patents would preempt those uses and subject all users to legal liability.
