If they want to get into UMPC market they should not copy the other designs as they are all so far off target nobody is buying them in any real numbers. If they make a touch type keyboard UMPC that is jacket pocket in size they can make big sales in UMPC. The perfect design to copy is the Psion 5mx; make that into a UMPC and they will sell millions.
