It makes sense someone have patent on touch screen in general. Whataever way you touch, patent applies. But patenting how you’re touching is too much. Patenting in this case is not for creativeness. Is drawing a star creative???? It’s just for the sake of having it to stop others doing it.
Judging by this, I’ll not be surprised when someone patents touching with one foot and making a full turn…
