Wrong.  Really, really wrong.  The point is that the fuel cell doesn&#039;t wear out.  It still requires fuel.  The reason that this is appealing is that Li-ion batteries &lt;i&gt;do&lt;/i&gt; wear out and rather quickly.]]></description>
