Well, _my_ AE2220 doesn't even have the touchscreen installed. Not a driver issue. The hardware's just not there. This model was a train wreck.

That is very unfortunate Mr Mike S. I would ask you to refrain from personal attacks. According to the record MSI not only subsidized your freight, covering a $800 next day delivery charge, processed 4 units advanced replacement covering freight both ways and shipped another 4 units as advanced replacement covering the freight to pick up the 4 units you claim are "defective". When you order small qty of LCD display units and it ships by UPS, regardless of the manufacture you can not be 100% positive the carrier is going to handle it in a manner that will not subject the unit to some sort of issue. MSI has shipped over 20,000 AIO units with an overall RMA rate of less than 0.009% actual defect rate. 99.9% of our customer base orders over 100 units at a time so your order volume is not atypical of our standard shipping.

Your claim of 8 units you had to return back and 3 were returned still defected is unfounded and untrue.

Upon inspection 3 of the 4 units that were picked (freight paid for by MSI) were found to only be an OS set up error and no hardware defects were found in the units. F3 system restore to reinstall the OS and the units checked out 100%. Regardless you did not receive these now "repaired" units, you in fact recevied 4 completely different units under advanced replacement.

It is very unfrotunate that you would choose this forum to resolve your issues.

Sincerely,

MSI Computer Corp.

I purchased 30 of these screens for my business. 8 of them had to be returned to the company because they defective. When I received the 8 back that I had to return, I then again had to return 3 of those, that was nearly 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the replacement machines to this day.

I have made 3 calls, my partner has made 3 calls, my other partner made 3 calls, and my 4th partner made one call.

Robert Stern, our so called sales rep has been absolutely horrible at follow-up and customer service. He first told us that we would obtain a free machine for all of our trouble, and then he changed his mind and told us that he will not do that.

I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere, and stay far and clear from this person, product, and company.

Best of Luck

A Blu-ray burner would have been the most perfect optical drive for this one, but I guess that would drive the price up.

Still, I see no point in getting a Blu-Ray drive no less than a Blu-ray burner. It seems that I would have to connect an external Blu-Ray burner, if I plan to get one of these. (maybe this one-> http://www.amazon.com/External-Blu-ray-Slot-Load-Powered-DIGISTOR/dp/B002IFQKUY)
