Why leave your desktop on your computer? If you like it that much, display it on your wall as well. Not only would you have the folders, but the labels and the pointer as well.

desktop folders for your wall

A German designer, Wir Gestalten came up with this cool design. If you’re feeling extremely artistic you could even make your own background image. Although, I don’t think one of those folders could hold the massive amount of clutter that I tend to keep on my computer. I don’t think one wall could hold that mess.

However, the site is a flash site and therefore very difficult to translate. Meaning not many details, although from just flipping through the site it doesn’t seem to have much info even if I could read German.

Should hang a trash can up there too. :-)

There is a trash can if you go to the web site!

    29 Euro is a bit expensive though…

no no, please. i can see it now..after one of *those* nights i wake up and two seconds later i’m screaming “aaargh i’m in my desktop”, hiding under the covers and expecting the Giant Trashcan to come in through the …ummm…windows…?

Do they also make a wall covering that looks like the “blue screen of death”? Or maybe the one where your computer goes into sleep mode but never comes out??
