This phone really sucks!!! I got it 3 days ago and it died today!! I was incomunicated the whole day!! I thought that it was just the battery that ran out, but I already plugged it and its still dead!! I went to complaint with my service provider and they replaced the phone for a new one (same phone) I will not use this phone I will most likely sell it and keep using my old Sony Ericson X10…

One note to the review is that camcorder *is* actually capable of recording in 720p resolution (and the quality is not that bad as for business-oriented handset, in fact). Maybe they have been testing out pre-production firmware unit?

Yes, keyboard is pretty hard and keys are awkwardly shaped which doesn’t help. But it’s a matter of getting used to. After first couple of WTF days I’m getting more comfortable with it as time passes.

I have this phone. The keyboard sucks, it just looks like a Blackberry keyboard, its SUPER HARD to press the buttons.
After one TXT your fingertips hurt…How come you dont mention this in your review? Did you compare it to the BB 9900 or a HTC keyboard? Its terribleeee. What a letdown.. :(

Well the battery for the Motorola certainly satisfies my need for longevity which for me, really is a big plus. Talk about 325 hours of standby time. Now that’s amazing.
