The OG Droid thankfully didn’t have it, or was so lightly modified that it wasn’t noticeable. Comparatively, the Devour was heavily modified, and I my sister went through three of them in the 6 months she owned one, all failing due to OS issues such as self factory resetting or hanging indefinitely on boot. Similar specs and design, two completely different experiences.

It’s bold. Unfortunately, a qHD screen is massively under-spec at this point, unless they’re going for a budget device.

I wish Motorola was more successful, and hope they continue to improve. I was quite a fan of my original Droid, and all their current models are (on paper) great devices. Now they just need to get the kinks worked out and release a few SOLID phones in a row to regain public trust. These are the only Android phones that have battery life to challenge the iPhone, and that’s a big deal to a lot of people.
