Motorola has been having a bad marketing strategy. I think Motorola needs to get their brain together on every product they launch.
First the unsuccessful Xoom. Pretty much unfinished tablet being sold.
Atrix, it has potential, but with $200 docking, who the hell wants to buy it?
Now this?

, awesome .. I just got a $829.99 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HDTV for only $251.92, they are both coming with USPS tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prîces at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37" HDTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use EgoWîn.com

i have the atrix and considered getting the laptop dock for cheap at some point, but i did not realize you had to pay a tethering fee. not going to do that now.

1) Well, ATRIX people might not, except it sets a precedent that Motorola has no intention of maintaining backward/forward compatibility between their devices.

2) Yes, they counted it as laptop use if you docked it.

1) Who cares? If you got an Atrix, you are on a 2 year contract still.

2) Hold up – AT&T was charging a tethering fee, for using your Atrix in the dock?

Seriously – that’s it, I’m leaving AT&T. Strengthens my resolve to jump on that GSII on Sprint, as close to the 16th now as possible.

I think the entire concept is questionable at best but it was just plain dumb of Motorola to make the Bionic incompatible.Or greedy.
