I was hoping for some spec comparisons and some evidence for each phone...instead I got a terribly constructed article that a 12 year old girl could've made....Nexus for developers, Maxx for everyday users, and Rezound for the Incredible/HTC/Music lovers...

Or wait for the Incredible HD and Droid Fighter...coming out in 2 weeks

I'd choose the Razr Maxx for now as well but I'd still tell people to hold off on buying anything until end of April when we'll have the Droid Fighter (Maxx HD), Incredible HD, and whatever else decides to come out...plus, with the Rezound so low in price I'm sure HTC will have something by May...

And I have the Incredible...it went from old sense to the 2nd newest, went from Android 2.1 to 2.3.4, and is still an awesome device. My gf got the Incredible 2 over the Thunderbolt because of the reputation my phone had and she hasn't had a single problem and the phone is great. She has the newest version of Sense and will be upgrading to Android 4.0 when it's released OTA later this year...as for customizing our phones, HTC is fantastic and really simple to use, as opposed to the Blur that almost everyone I know doesn't like.

If the Rezound had a bigger battery stock and if it was a little sleeker...I'd choose that as my #1

I've read so many bad reviews about the HTC Rezound's battery life, but I haven't used one so I still have my doubts. So, does it really have an "Excellent battery life" like you say? "Excellent" would be a phone that lasts two days on 3G with not too many calls, not too much browsing, receive and send emails and some music playback (In my opinion).

According to the tech specifications, the DROID RAZR (not MAXX) has like double the battery life as the Rezound does.. and still it wasn't enough for some people that they needed to make the MAXX. The Rezound works with 1.5GHz and has better resolution, off course it will draw more power. But is it worth it?

you really havent given any compelling reasons why the razr maxx or the razr are not the best phones available. Motorola is generally faster with android updates than everyone else (barring the google AOSP phones like the Nexus). From a specification standpoint, the razr/maxx and nexus have the highest capabilities and fastest processors available. The fact that motorola doesnt release an unlocked bootloader is only a problem for the VERY small portion of the community that does DEV work on their phones, and frankly, your choice of the rezound is confusing, considering that HTC is notorious for poorly supported phones and incredibly long (if ever) software change cycles. So why exactly are you hating on the Razr/Maxx? if your point is that they are expensive, then yes, they are. They are the same price as the Nexus that you seem to blindly favor because its vanilla google. Well vanilla android is pretty tough for most of the community to take, considering that they most people WANT the features that come on their branded phones. IF they dont, they root it and do whatever they want anyway.

TL:DR - This article gave no objective reason to hate on the droid phones other than "the author doesnt like them". What a waste of space.

Rezound may be 720p, but the razr max screen still pops out more to the eye which still gives it better clarity and visually more appealing. HTC has really gone downhill in the past year. I had the Rezound for 10 days and returned it, it was no more than a bigger original Droid Incredible. Keep charging your phone everyday, my Razr Maxx lasts on average of 48 - 60 hours on a full charge.

I don't think there's any question that the Rezound is the best Android device on Verizon right now.
I don't care about Beats in the slightest, but I guess some might.
The huge points in the Rezound's favor

Screen (Much, much better than the Nexus, Razr)
Camera (excellent--the Nexus camera is almost a deal breaker)
Data speeds (side by side with my Thunderbolt it pulls down 30/20 while my Tbolt is sitting at 12/7)
Unlockable bootloader (Suck it, Motorola)
Excellent battery life
Great dev community--Sense sucks, CM9 and MIUI will be up and running soon.
World phone (full GSM/UMTS support)
