It will come in April 2011. It will be the same and the droid 4 just with a bigger battery. You can purchase the droid 4 now. But when the extended battery is available uou have to send your droid 4 to the manufactuer to get the battery removed. Sucks but you will have a long lasting battery the same size battery like the droid razr maxx
