The game took 16 days to hit $1 billion in sales… I’m not sure that was clear from the article above– even though the news was released today, the actual record was broken on the 24th of November. The game IS a refresh of MW2, but even so it is much better than MW2 (in my opinion the 3rd best shooter ever, after MW3 and Black Ops). People that say it’s the same as MW2 have probably not played both games as much as the average COD player. It’s better than BF3 if you like things to move fast. BF3 is better for people that like ranged combat and relatively slow moving action (nothing wrong with that)– and vehicles of course.

lol, its the same game as mwf2 with very VERY minor changes. everyone who bought it got trolled and is a blind fanboy. there’s a reason they released NO gameplay footage before the game came out people. its honestly pathetic how similar it is to the second one, just as gears 3 is similar to 2 and 1. atleast innovate if youre going to release a NEW game and not an expansion, look at skyrim, look at battlefield, etc

Battlefield 3 is a better game in my opinion, MW3 is ok but the mulitiplayer is the same as MW2, I mean that’s a good thing if you loved MW2 and want to keep playing that exact same game. I just feel like MW3 could of fit perfectly as a Expansion Pack for MW2.
