Eventually, someone will pop in a distro Live CD into a unit for a slow-ish test drive of the function capability and the hardware acclimation to the Linux kernel and multimedia. Its only a matter of time. Actually, I hope that they dd/clone/backup their Windows setup and do a full Linux install for a performance test.

They should have opted for Ubuntu UNR, a full Ubuntu desktop or a similarly powerful Linux.
