It brings more Win32 to ARM, Metro UI skin which currently is based on HTML5 and JS. Tiled mode has nothing to come with yet.

Why would I care? I don’t really want to run Windows with either Metro or classic mode on a tablet based on ARM. They still lack a clear framework and it doesn’t make much sense running win32 apis or something new with unclear SDK/framework future. Well maybe I care when it’s not vaporware but only to see how it fares, and I think x86 based W8 tablets will be far more popular. I don’t expect the ARM-stuff to be interesting to consumers. I do think they will have a fine future on tablet-pcs but that’s still a different market from ARM Tablets. I think there will be some problems marrying touch and classic for them, but I would use it on a tabletpc still. But don’t expect them to take over the existing tablet market. It still kinda is that a OS X powered tablet would be quiet different which is why Apple doesn’t make it the same product.

ì just got an iPad 2-32GB for $ 23.87 and my girlfriend loves her Panasonìc Lumìx GF 1 Camera that we got for $ 38.76 there arriving tomorrow by UPS. I will never pay such expensive retail prices in stores again. Especially when I also sold a 40 inch LED TV to my boss for $ 657 which only cost me $ 62.81 to buy.
