I plugged it into the computer.. it said there was some error and it then completely wiped all the default content from the Zune. I took it back immediately.

The best. Ten bucks per month and keep ten songs. The catalog isnt all karaoke versions like Spotify. I dont have to keep or pay for anything I dont want like iTunes. And they have a good selection of old school techno, house, drum and bass, and everything else. They get new releases immediately. Unlimited downloads and streaming.
