These lawsuits are always so vague that it is disgusting. I know it is a lawyer tactic to put the pressure on the other side to find the infringement themselves but really it makes me feel like lawsuits are just a game of dice to corporations. Put some money down on a team of lawyers and hope you guessed the right number.

That is why I have to give a round of applause to HP and webos. Blackberry’s playbook os (and honeycomb too for that matter) is so similar that a settlement would’ve been done in months, but instead they push forward with R&D knowing they’ll still be better.
