If you keep upping the amount of product placement but giving me no benefits in the process I will stop using your products. Make my 360 gold account free and I don’t care but I’m paying for this service… Hulu for example, if you want to sell me on Hulu plus take away the add support. I do not need a 360 as I have a computer and I can afford a media streaming box that costs < $100.

And the top players will be the ones who offer true free ad-supported play.  Millions of us use ad-supported tools like google.  We also pay for services that we want to get content without hassle (smartphones to do things instantly, TV with DVR’s so we can skip commercials.etc)  But we wont pay much for ad-supported, subscription based apps.  That’s why newspapers are going out of business, and Hulu Plus will cap itself in a relatively small subscribership.
