Market adoption will definitely take time as Android has finally matured and looks to be a very good product. Windows phone will need a few improvements (to an otherwise great interface) before it begins to show gains in sales.

I, for one, love the fact that I can connect to Outlook Web Access (and hence bypassing Exchange security) natively using my windows phone (samsung focus).
