It doesn’t matter. I won’t buy their crap anyway. No matter what they collect forcibly from other manufacturers, if the product has anything to do with MS, they can keep it to themselves.

Microsoft has a crappier product, and people are coming out with stuff that just works *better*. But is Microsoft’s solution to come out with a better product? No… it’s to INCREASE licensing fees, or become a patent troll. Microsoft is no longer an innovator.

Look, if royalty fees are due, they are due. Right? That’s what patents and copyrights are for. Nokia probably holds more mobile phone essential patents than anyone and they are enforcing those patents. Is anyone accusing them of trying to force people to use Symbian?
