It used to be something to be respected.  Now….I think it represents huge corporations who think they can manipulate the masses by branding and proprietary software.

Yea, I know that by now you are thinking of Apple and how they are such control freaks, but Microsoft really put the screws to us and took advantage of us when we really had no real options.

So, when I think Microsoft, I think hmmmmm….hundreds of dollars for an operating system, and hundreds of dollars for a document program, and constant crashes and the dreaded bdsod, and bloated software, and annoying licensing agreements, and constant viruses and costly upgrades, and everything else that is a total pain in the ass, and I think I will try something else.

So, I say to hell with Microsoft.
