actually, xbox 360 is scamming people. If any of you ever took the time, just to get a bit of an education, then you would know that it’s illegal for Microsoft to ban people for know reason and/or that type of reason. Since they bought the game, BY LAW they have legal right to play it. 90% of the world is unintelligent. Xbox 360 counts as a pay site and Microsoft must obey the pay site laws. If you bought the game and paid for online, they CAN NOT BAN YOU. If they do, then you can sue. Like I said, 90% of kids who plays they’s games are unintelligent and to stupid to do any thing about it. I’m a millionaire, I completed my goals in life, and my life is better then most folks.
I went to college and got a BA degree in law and order. So my knowledge this is far better then yours and most. If any one is angry at Microsoft, then grow some balls, be a man, and sue there asses for millions. They gave me 4 free 12 month cards, 8000 Microsoft point card, and a xbox slim, and every call of duty and halo game for the xbox. I threatened to sue them, but they gave this stuff and a apology email. So I didn’t sue them. Like I said, grow some nuts and be a man. Unless your one of those ugly chicks that can’t get a date. If so, then go to beauty school.

Again, another shining example of Microsoft’s enforcement team in action. I go to a big box retailer and LEGITIMATELY puchase a game which is DISPLAYED for sale, take it home and play it only to find out that Microsoft may take action on my account. The head of enforcement tells us that we can play the game then later changes his mind and tells us that we can’t but because we failed to read the tweet that informs us that the head of enforcement has now hopped off the fence, sadly Microsoft may take action on our account. Ummm….I don’t have a twitter account so how exactly do you think I am going to read the tweet then and what if I already played the game because YOU, Microsoft told me I could. Not to mention would it not stand to reason that if I legitimately purchased an item from a big box retailer that I would actually be able to use that item once the transaction was complete? Call me crazy but I kind of thought that’s how the whole retail thing worked. Seriously, how could Microsoft even suggest that they would take action on our accounts? Don’t make your customers pay the price because a retailer screwed up and sold us a game and you, Microsoft, further screwed up and told us we could play it, what kind of customer service is that? We are your customers, yes us down here, underneath your feet, you know the ones you are stepping on, not Activision!

the campaign is ok. same old stuff. it beats battlefields campaign by a long shot. i dont know about multi tho. im sure it will be fun as hell even if they didnt add much new content.

You talk about fair . what about all of the people who preorderd the game. thay should recive a discount on the game. I realy think that the stors like target should be band from being able to sell anything microsoft at all. not the gamers being punished.

I heard from somewhere this happens all the time at Target because when they receive these shipments, they label them to SELL IMMEDIATELY, which is not surprising because if they didn’t I don’t think anyone would buy from them. I know I have personally never bought a video game from Target and don’t know anyone who has…

I think I’m going to change that though :)

I wasn’t addressing the foolhardiness of banning people for playing early, merely your statement about the game being your “property.” I agree that a ban for getting a game early through no fault of your own would be a remiss policy.

Unenforceable? Not necessarily, depending on how much time and money the company wants to put into enforcing it.

You can play the single player on an xbox with a new account and no internet connection, and then post the plot and the ending of the game online.

So what if you get the game a day early, as some internet retailers ship a day or two early?
