		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s fun to think things, but in fact the zoom setting is an overall one, not per page.  Chrome is much zippier than IE9, at least the most recent release-candidate compared to the most recent stable-release of Chrome -- that&#039;s been my experience on my Core i7 system with 8gb RAM.  The basics, like opening a new tab, opening pages in general, complete instantly in Chrome as compared to IE9.
