		<description><![CDATA[Very much this.  For years one of Microsoft&#039;s key arguments against Linux was that it couldn&#039;t legally play video because the restrictions put on the H.264 patent pool.  Now somebody&#039;s turned that exact argument right back on them - somebody who&#039;s got a codec that doesn&#039;t require that patent pool.  It&#039;s exactly the shoe on the other foot.
