Microsoft is here saying that unlike Google they won&#039;t just sit by using the excuse that they&#039;re not selling anything to avoid patent suits directly. It means that if Windows Phone is targeted for IP infringement, Microsoft will be the ones doing the defense and will also be the ones paying out.]]></description>
