Metal Gear Online has been pretty quiet following its launch back in June. But now it seems the game has really taken off as more and more people subscribe.

Konami has just announced that the game has passed the one million mark in new member sign ups. That’s pretty impressive! Especially, when you consider just how many online games are out there. In order to celebrate this achievement, Konami will be giving out Metal Gear Online reward shop points to all players. This offer only lasts between November 25 and December 9, however.

Dubbed the Metal Gear Online: Commemorative Campaign, just log into your account between the aforementioned dates, and 10,000 points will be deposited into your account. These points won’t appear until December 9, however. A raffle will be held on December 16 to award 30 people with 100,000 free points. What a way to celebrate!
