Someones been watching CSPAN too much. Constructive Criticism means, suggestions or "That ending was confusing, or gave options with so many open questions that I would like answered (like most on the blogosphere)." vs. "That game was a piece of turd, blah blah whine whine whine, the developers are hateful money whoremongers and this is a conspiracy to oppress the people, take arms, revolution, blah blah blah"... kind of like your comment.

Fact is this:
1. It is a piece of entertainment (just like a movie or a book). The creative team can write and lay out whtaever they want. If you enjoy it great! (most of all of our friends loved the game or at least 95% till the last 10 minutes). If you don't or if you're left in the dark, let your imagination do the rest. A movie is not re-written due to reviews, (see terrible movies like Gigli and I Am Number 4!).

2. If they're generous enough to appease the whiners and come out with more DLC to keep your minds entertained, than don't whine about the $. More content = more labor (you think their 100+ staff team of programmers, texture artist, story writers, etc... all work for free?). In the end, its a business so they can do their best to keep customers like us happy, but it still has to pay the bills and make a little $. My sister whos a texture artists works 50 hours a week to take care of her two kids. Ask her to appease your whining bs for free and watch her kid starve? She'll take you to take a hike.

Spoiler alert:

all we want is an ending that makes sense, with less f***ing plot holes in it, has all the choices and there repercussions actually addressed, what about the romance or non romance, what about the squad members, how bout a better explanation for the reapers, or maybe explaining what happened with earth and everyone that was trapped when the mass relays were destroyed or why the solar systems survived the destruction of the mass relays Mainly I think everyone just wants to see what all there choices did for an entire galaxy. You can't just sum that up in one short f***ing cut scene that just shows the Normandy flying away with no knowledge of how it got into a mass relay in the first place crash landing on some random planet! Don't assume we don't know what we want these are all issues that have been questioned probably millions of times. and these are just the general issues what everyone can agree upon.

"We will not support or respond to destructive commentary," means that they will eventually ignore the people.

They know that gamers will continue to buy their product as long as the mass effect and bioware name is on the cover. The people will fail and they will get their way. That is what has become of our society, we as a people have become weak, we have allowed others in a higher position to regulate the disposition of our conduct openly. They are now comfortably corrupt, because we have allowed them to become so. Before, no institution nor agency would dare to openly insult the population, they at least, maintained an ounce of secrecy, and you...the people could convince yourself then to accept their lie, however, now they are spiting in the face of the people. Will you allow it, allow this corruption to spread like a virus through the levels of business until it too bleeds into our government? Will you sit down and continue along this path until your grandchildren would one day ask of you the legend of the free foundation that this country was built upon? Or will you choose to walk against these treasonous, bloodsucking, ravenous vampires and take a stand.

We can no longer hide my friends, we can no longer look away...they are like children who have gotten used to the luxuries and freedom of this fast paced media frenzy...they have diluted our sense of what is important with deceptive fragments of what they call "News" and have now taken advantage of our inability to maintain public interest - they can do as they please because we will all be more interested in the dog who saved his owners life on CHxxx at 7:00. Does anyone remember the Mass Effect 2 complaint about the words being unreadable on non-HD compatible television sets? What did they eventually do after their initial false pretenses to qualm the anger of buyers? Populate false rumors of a DLC for allowing the game to be more compatible with traditional television sets. And soon after the fires were calmed they released a statement, inconspicuously, that "the game was made for HDTV sets, and that was the quality that they decided to adhere to," because they felt that most American households should own a HD set. This is the same deal, the company is basically saying "Hey guys, we'll listen to you...but if your rude to us you can fucking forget it because this is a sympathy gesture" and you the people reply back, "Just shut up and take my money."

Either live with your knowledge now and accept the corruption of these bloodsucking capitalists or take a stand for the rights that were guaranteed to your person the moment you were conceived and drive these heathen back into their cages.

Actually, scratch that... any future ME games without the Mass Relays would be stupid, and so would any set "100 years before Shepard and the Reapers" or w/e.
They really only have three core choices. How fitting, right?

1. Indoctrination Theory: The fans have handed them their solution on a silver platter. BioWare says "yes, it was all indoctrination and hallucination!" and makes the "red" ending the "resist" ending. It was all a bad dream; the relays didn't blow (because Shep feared they would, he saw that), the ship didn't abandon him (because Shep wanted them to escape the carnage and live, he saw that), and the Star Child is having a really bad day. Dark Matter or some such is the real issue at stake, which would even let BW make the most basic decision from ME1 (Are you biotic or not?) have a hand in deciding your fate as well as that of the galaxy. Downside? The fans thought of it first, and even if this was BW's plan from the get go, no-one will believe them.
2. Explanation: The ending gets extended with new video clips. Unfortunately, no new gameplay is included, although perhaps a fourth "screw you, starchild" ending option. The endings being diversified satisfies the most basic player requests. Unfortunately, while it might explain everything and make it all feasible, it risks having VO that seems snarky or reprocessed from existing game files, and would still cost as much as normal DLC with no additional gameplay, which would create a whole new nightmare. Additionally, there are plenty of such "alternate endings" on youtube already, and getting compared to a teenager's 2 hour long video editing personal project is NOT what BioWare needs to save face here.

3. Utter Rewrite: The ending is scrapped entirely and replaced. Like the Explanation option, this may or may not include new gameplay, but unlike Explanation, is more likely to include new gameplay than not. This gives BW a large canvas but also opens them up to a whole new problem: which ending is canon? BioWare won't pick a side in that fight and simply say "the ending you chose", or more likely, "Wait until Mass Effect 4: The New Saga", or some of both if ME3 makes a difference in other ME games. Until then, players may not be completely satisfied with the endings, arguing over whether or not their ending was the right one, and risks alienating the players who prefer the first ending.

How fitting that after passing off a turd sandwich of an ending, they find themselves staring down one of their own. Perhaps a lesson in customer service when it comes to the concept of art in business.

Edit: In either ending-change scenario, I endorse the current endings to be the "bad endings".

They really only have three core choices. How fitting, right?

1. Indoctrination Theory: The fans have handed them their solution on a silver platter. BioWare says “yes, it was all indoctrination and hallucination!” and makes the “red” ending the “resist” ending. It was all a bad dream; the relays didn’t blow (because Shep feared they would, he saw that), the ship didn’t abandon him (because Shep wanted them to escape the carnage and live, he saw that), and the Star Child is having a really bad day. Dark Matter or some such is the real issue at stake, which would even let BW make the most basic decision from ME1 (Are you biotic or not?) have a hand in deciding your fate as well as that of the galaxy. Downside? The fans thought of it first, and even if this was BW’s plan from the get go, no-one will believe them.

They've probably read about the indoctrination theory, and even if it turns out that they never intended for it to be true, they'll probably make something along those lines be the "true" ending.
Sadly, at most they'll probably just create some sort of epilogue about what happened, which won't help much (can't turn a turd into gold :-). I keep my hopes up, though...

Oh, and it's Muzyka - like "Music", only with an "y" and a "k"... and an "a" in there somewhere :-)...
