I’ve never really had the urge to read an ebook, honestly, if I’m going to relax and read, I want to actually be away from all of my gadgets to do so. So needless to say I won’t be buying the Zeutschel OS 12000 BookCopy for myself any time soon.

You may see one in a local library though. The machine copies books, magazines, newspapers, or just about anything else at a speed of 1 page per minute. It’s a great way to make sure that books are preserved over time, and to print out individual pages without attempting to scan it by conventional means.

Of course, there will be those out there that want to copy other things, but it captures the image from above, so you’ll look twice as awkward trying to make copies of your ass. And you’ll be disappointed to know that there is a maximum thickness of the object you’re scanning.
