BTW, magnetU is not GPS based. The dynamic social proximity circles magnetU creates is based on their own software technology that works over 2.4GHz broadcast radio. That’s why they solve GPS problems (GPS doesn’t work indoor, drains mobile battery and breaks your privacy, because with GPS your physical location is known – so a proximity-based app cannot really succeed wit this hurdles.) magnetU seems to solve all these critical problems.

THis is sad… people can’t even be bothered to go outside and make friends… instead they buy this in the hope to find friends on their GPS
