That's interesting, considering that I have both a mac and a pc, and most softwares and games for PCs are made for Macintosh as well. I have Microsoft Office for my mac, and it was the exact same price as the one for the PC, as well as a number of games. You just have to look at the right part of the computer store you are in. I have a million programs on my mac that do exactly the same thing on the PC, and in my personal opinion, macs are a ton easier to work with than PCs. Not to say I don't know computers; I built my PC.

I've had very little experience with Apple products. Mainly because those brief moments have been excrutiatingly frustrating. I have never used a computer more non-user friendly than any Mac product. Many of the softwares I use (personal, gaming or business) don't work on Macs. SO MUCH EASIER for me to use a PC.

I did see MacBook Air at Best Buy. The only thing I would worry about is bending it by accident. It felt very flimsy to me. If it's meant to be used by executives on the go, I would think it would have to be more substantial than it is.

I still have not seen a portable from apple that can replace my 12" powerbook. The crippled CD sharing (and lack of built in drive) is its main fault in my opinion.

>>>timely processing of videos

I want you to do a separate post just about that. With some benchmarks. This is not a trivial issue for some people.
