Lotus would be revealing its latest car called the Lotus APX Concept at the 2006 Geneva Auto Salon. The APX is built using Lotus’s Versatile Vehicle Architecture (VVA). This Lotus would be powered by a 3.0 litre supercharged engine, producing 300hp. The Lotus APX has an all-aluminium monocoque structure. The power to weight ratio for the APX is about 190 horsepower per tonne.
