Was wondering which back protector case the reviewer used. I just bought this keyboard and have a pretty thin flex-plastic case and I have to remove it to get the iPad on the slot. I also find that the magnets that activate the screen lock work fine but don’t have any hold to keep the keyboard and iPad together when in sleep mode (new iPad).

Oh look, another gigantic iPod Touch. Every time Apple releases a product, I’m just amazed at what a departure it is from previous iterations of the same product. Apple, you’re such an innovator. It’s just too bad you’re so threatened by Android that you spend all your time and energy on litigation, instead of refining your own “revolutionary” products. I guess it’s a good thing you patented mobile computing. I mean, we all know you invented it. And the internet. And screens. And air. And the word “air”.

I’ve looked at a BUNCH of bluetooth keyboard cases for the iPad and this looks like the best one yet. All the others were either too bulky or you had to stow it away somewhere when you didn’t want to use it.

Best benefits of this with using a 6 month long battery life, I am thinking about its Bluetooth 4.0 which is not consuming more power with this device.

This is a nice unit, and has gotten good reviews from most if not all of the major reviewers (SlashGear, CNet). I like the Smart Magnet technology, and I think it is wonderful. I like the fact that when closed it looks like one cohesive natural unit.

I am saving towards one. I hope it works as well as the Apple keyboard on the MacBook Pro.

Would it fit if I have a Belkin Snap Shield Cover on my iPad 3??
