I love my revue. Indeed Logitech failed due to it’s extremely poor marketing of this unit. I didn’t even know the revue existed until I heard that they were discontinuing them!

I guess even established companies forget that they need to advertise a product. The Revue should have been all over the media, and been marketed as the perfect companion to the new Android tablets and smart phones. FAIL.
Logitech has the worst support in the industry, so it’s not a surprise that they have the worst marketing, too. They still haven’t made the Harmony a household name yet, even though it revolutionized universal remotes. I think I saw more sales effort before Logitech bought Harmony.
I have been using Harmony remotes for myself, and my A/V customers for years, but mostly in the dark, and without support. If they listened to our input on future models, and spent a few bucks on advertising, they could corner the remote market.

My wife and I are temporarily on opposite coasts and use the Revue’s 720p HD video conferencing feature almost every day. It is the least expensive HD video conferencing solution out there, and has kept our family connected far better than Skype or G+ huddle could have. Not to mention the best integration of the TV and browser in one box. Great product — very very bad initial pricing and marketing.

Bummer. Sad to see Revue go. Maybe they’ll come out with a much cheaper box next time? Maybe something more inline with Roku. Happy to hear about the Harmony updates though! Just got the 900, and though it’s nice, it could certainly benefit from some tweaking.
