		<description><![CDATA[Any future changes to the GPS spectrum in order to allow Lightsquared to do business would still have a negative effect on currently existing GPS devices, which, considering the size of the investment, is unacceptable.
I think LS needs to just admit defeat, go back to the drawing board and re-assess their goals and plans and figure out a way to make it work without disabling or interfering with pre-existing technology.  But, with all the already existing wireless network technology, it seems to me that their trying to re-invent the wheel.  Basically, LS is a poor investment, and anyone with money to invest should run the other way.]]></description>
