Also the location of buttons on a device or shapes of icons and their location on a screen should NEVER be awarded to any company. It is time those charged with issuing patents realize this are different times and the cellular/mobile industry is moving at lightening speed therefore multiple OEMs can be working on similar technology at the same time. Besides some of these stuff has been out there for a while and many of these companies are merely improving or building on that. How can nine laymen/women with no patent expertise and also without having all the evidence decide a huge patent case fairly???
