If we go by the photos on the top there are 2 key aspects that differentiate it from apple
1. The corners arent as round as apple and it can be made out with human eye.
2. the reciever gril on top is positiones differently.
so we can assume that the design DNA is different. If Apple thinks that any rectangle with round corners is a copy then that explains the level of innovation they are upto.

As far as i know the jury should be wise enough to hammer Apple if it sues this phone.

looks like another Apple patented rectangle to me with curved edges and could be construed as Apple patent/intellectual property infringement.

Good phone with an awesome display, I think it will be great. Lets test it in the real world conditions and judge it.

The only trouble i have with LG is the look of phone. They make phones with great displays but most of their phones have awful designs. hope they will change this time around.
