Lenovo Y series accessories target PC gamers

Lenovo has a handful of accessories amidst its new laptops and tablets, and they're targeted at gamers. The Lenovo Y Gaming Mouse, as the name suggests, is designed for use with video games, as is the new Y Gaming Stereo Headset. For those frequently on the go, Lenovo has also taken the wraps off its new Y Gaming Armored Backpack, a three-compartment bag that can hold your gaming gear and keep it safe, too.

First up is the backpack, a sleek padded offering with three compartments and a size suitable for carrying up to a 17.3-inch laptop. The front panel is armored with a hard-shell EVA material with a carbon fiber pattern. The bag is large enough to hold peripherals as well as the gaming laptop, and will be available in May for $89.99 USD.

Next is the Y Gaming Mouse, a sleek and somewhat angular black and red mouse that matches the company's various PC gaming systems. The mouse features five buttons, up to a 1,000Hz polling rate, and up to 4,000 DPI alongside four levels of custom DPI settings. There's software for customizing the buttons. Availability is set for May at $39.99 USD.

And, finally, there's the Y Gaming Stereo Headset, which features 50m magnetic drivers, a retractable noise-cancelling microphone, and the same black and red design with a carbon fiber textured finish. The headphones feature soft mesh padding, an extendable headband, and light weight. Availability is set for May wth a $49.99 USD price tag.
