You take exception to my description of the Lenovo screen: I said it was "low resolution". You accused me of exaggerating, telling me I was "blasting" it. That was blasting? I was exaggerating? !!!

The bright screen is good. And being able to view it from extreme angles is good also. But if the data isn't on the screen in the first place, then these qualities aren't much good, are they?
Apple, Asus, HP have all left this standard behind in their latest offerings; but all this is far too up-to-date for Lenovo, apparently.
Why do you feel you must defend their lack of competitiveness?

Sorry but you're mistaken, or at the very least exaggerating. Since many 13" systems are still 1280x800, including the Mac Book Pro!

Resolutions like 1440x900 are still more common for 15" range and not too many are being pushed to the smaller 13" models yet. Systems like the Mac Book Air are still more the exception rather than the rule yet.

While a lot more than just resolution is important about a screen specification. Giving us a TN instead of IPS for example sucks more than have slightly less resolution than the competition. Since viewing angles, color intensity, etc. all factor on whether the display is actually good or not!

So at the very least let's find out the quality of the screen before we start blasting it okay?

Low resolution screen, inadequate memory, laughable SSD and no USB3.0. This thing would have been obsolete a year ago, but it's a Lenovo, and therefore for some reason not subject to the criticisms levelled at other brands.
