Lenovo A Series tablets launch in US

Last month, Lenovo announced that its new A-Series tablets would be arriving shortly, and soon after revealed the US pricing for the various slates. As anticipated, the trio of tablets is now available in the US, each bringing its own features to the table.

With the launch comes the Lenovo A7, A8, and A10 tablets, each of them bearing a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8121 ARM Cortex-A7 quad-core processor and Android 4.2. As you might imagine, the biggest differences between the three is the display size and battery life.

The A7 features a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800, the same resolution offered by the A8's 8-inch display and the A10's 10.1-inch display. The brightness level for the two smaller tablets is rated at 350 nit, while the A10 is rated a bit lower at 330 nit.

That aside, the A7 and A8 both offer 16GB of internal storage space and a micro SD card slot for expansion, while the A10 offers the same card slot alongside 32GB of storage. Battery life, in order of screen size starting with the A7, is rated at 7.5 hours, 8 hours, and 9 hours.

The A7 is priced at $129, the A8 at $179.99, and the A10 at $249.99 USD, with all of them being available now from Lenovo.
