sounds intriguing. Yes it seems kinda stupid, but because you don’t need individual sensor pixels for each colour, the sensor pixels can be much bigger (and therefore more accurate/sensitive) then an identical colour sensor.

Maybe I’ll wait until it goes on sale. With my luck they’ll have invented color cameras by then and I’ll be stuck with one of those.
