Couple of LED Street lamps were announced at Japan using optical angulation to project light in varies angle and range. The new LEDioc lamps were created by Iwasaki Electronic in Tokyo, Japan designed to last longer and consume less power using LED.

The wide angle model features four wide-angle lens LEDs is used for lighting side streets, parks and malls while a middle-angle LED lamp is suitable for pathway. They are priced at 139,000 yen (US$1,290) and 129,000 yen (US$1,197), respectively.
