I've seen 3 people in my family switch back to iPhone from droid on Verizon. (memorial day discussions) One of my cousins had gone through 3 different droids before finally getting an iPhone on vzw... he had a 3G previously but could never get service..

At the same time his sister, who WOULD have gotten a droid as the only smartphone available.. ended up with an iPhone for her first non-prepaid phone.

I'm extremely curious to see what happens at sprint if and when a 4S happens.. I'm tempted to get a EVO 3D.. ive already got a 64gb iPod... but I know for a fact my daughters and wife would have bought iPhones if they were available when they got their intercepts and transforms..
